It’s a new year and with it many people make resolutions to improve their quality of life. I usually don’t make them because I know that if I want to do something I will. After starting this blog I have found that I really do have something valuable to share. The problem was that the blog lacked focus and was too broad. So starting today Creative Everyday will be undergoing a change into a blog concerned with crafting. This blog will show techniques, try new products, explore ideas and have do-it-yourself projects.

A sister blog begins today that will concentrate on home decor and holiday decorating.  The concept for this blog is that with a few staples, good planning, a little effort and some DIY you can decorate and entertain all year without a lot of money. The new blog is called , stop by and see what is going on.

Both blogs will have at least one post per week, a monthly DIY project and a resource page for each topic. As the year progresses I would like to add to the content and may produce newsletters or other downloadable content.  I think these changes will make my blogs more informative, easier to find what interests you and more focused.
